We would like to invite you to the ACTC Dinner and Awards Presentation, celebrating the 2019 and 2021 trialling seasons at 7pm for a 7.30pm start on Saturday the 23rd of April 2022 at Fingle Glen, Pathfinder Village, Tedburn St Mary, Exeter.
Finding a venue has been quite difficult as many hotels are not available due to a backlog of weddings meaning lots of pre-bookings have been made. Fingle Glen has great Dining, Bar facilities and a huge car park suitable for Trailers (nearby Torbay Trial is the next day), however it only has a limited number of bedrooms available so early booking is recommended. There are some additional rooms at the nearby at the Kings Arms Inn at Tedburn St Mary (1.5 miles away and there is a Taxi service in the village for pre-bookings).
You can book your seats for the Award Presentations and select your menu options for the 3 Course Meal selection using the following link. Please submit one Form per person attending. Cost per person is £29.95.
If you already paid for the previous dinner that was to be held in March 2020, you can use the same form to confirm your attendance and make your menu choices.
ACTC Awards Dinner 2022 Booking Form
As in previous years while we can manage you booking for the Awards Dinner you will need to make your own accommodation bookings. The contact details are as follows.

Kings Arms Inn, Tedburn St Mary, Exeter, EX6 6EG – 01647 61224 – These will only be reserved when your booking is made.
There will be other accommodation near Exeter but this is all that’s in the immediate local area.
